Our team is made of seasoned and highly trained professionals. They have years of experience working on projects with Multinational companies. They are also highly certified in various fields.

Oladejo Ayobami Abiodun is our Chief Executive Officer. He is a graduate of Mathematics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife also holds a diploma in Internet Governance from Diplo Malta. He has been known to promote the use of ICT as a veritable tool for development right from his University days as the president of his departmental society. He is an ICT professional and project manager with a relatively broad spectrum including Telecommunications, Web Development, Database Designs, Network Administration and Security, Windows and Unix Systems Administration, Programming, e.t.c. He is a consultant to private companies and also government institutions especially in ICT policy research. His job revolves around the field of Data Services and he is one of the few data services professionals in Africa. He manages projects in diverse fields and he is a Project Management Professional (PMP).

Ayobami has successfully managed network overhaul especially in the packet switch/Mobile IP environments for two leading Telecoms operations in Africa. His passion for mobile data products has helped operators to improve on their Average Revenue Per User. His recent efforts brought a very low populated African country on to the map of the biggest Mobile Internet users in the world. He seeks to open up possibilities for young Africans to discover themselves and do exploits.

He is the founding partner of the Nigerian Internet Governance Hybrid Task Force (NIGHT FORCE), a group fighting the scourge of online scam and other related cyber crime as well as providing education and awareness on Internet Governance matters in Africa. A creative thinker and business developer, Ayobami envisioned and produced the OAU Interactive Multimedia CD in the year 2002; the first of its kind in any Nigerian University. He is co-author of a book titled – Global Process, Local Reality – a book that chronicles the participation of Nigerian youths in the World Summit on the Information Society process. He loves writing and is pursuing an interest in photography at the moment. Ayobami is married to Lola and they have a beautiful daughter.

‘Gbenga Sesan, an Ashoka Fellow, is our Chief Operating Officer. Originally trained as an Electronic & Electrical Engineer at Obafemi Awolowo University, ‘Gbenga has completed Executive Education Management Training Programs at Lagos Business School, New York Group for Technology Transfer, Oxford University, Harvard University and Stanford University. His consulting experience includes assignments completed for numerous institutions, including Microsoft, Harvard University, United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, Res Publica, Computer Aid International, Heinrich Boll Foundation and the International Telecommunications Union.

Beyond Nigeria, ‘Gbenga has consulted and made presentations in various countries, including Austria, Canada, Egypt, Ethiopia, Germany, Ghana, Greece, India, Kenya, Mali, Morocco, Rwanda, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, United Kingdom and United States. He is a member of the United Nations Committee of eLeaders on Youth and ICT and Archbishop Tutu Leadership Fellow; and he was Nigeria’s first Information Technology Youth Ambassador. He was the Vice Chair of United Nations Economic Commission for Africa’s African Technical Advisory Committee (ATAC), voluntary adviser to numerous youth-led nonprofits and pioneer Program Manager of Lagos Digital Village. In 2006, he was appointed as the youngest member of the Nigerian Presidential Task Force on the Restructuring of the Nigerian Information Technology and Telecommunications Sectors. ‘Gbenga is also an author and regular feature on some of Nigeria’s popular television shows.

In recognition of his dynamic efforts, ‘Gbenga has been honoured with the 2008 OAU Ife EEESS Distinguished Alumni award, 2008 FGC Idoani Alumni award, 2007 Nigerian Youth Leadership award, 2007 The Future Youth Advocacy award, 2006 International Telecommunications Union YES Scholarship award, 2006 Ondo State Sunshine award, 2006 The Future Best Use of Technology award, 2005 Stockholm Challenge Champion honour, 2004 NiPRO Excellence in Information Technology award, 2003 JCI Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) in Nigeria award, 2002 JCI Ten Outstanding Great Ife Alumni (TOGA) award, 2002 Journalists’ Frontier of Technology in Nigeria award, and the 2001 International Telecommunications Union’s African Youth Fellowship award. ‘Gbenga Sesan has been profiled as one of the 35 Icons of ICT in Nigeria and he keeps a personal website at www.gbengasesan.com. He is married to Temilade, a PhD scholar with research interests in Renewable Energy Policy and Implementation for developing economies (especially Nigeria and Kenya).

Lola Ayo-Oladejo is the team lead, Project Management/Customer Care Manager. She is a certified project manager/customer solutions provider.
She is a graduate of the University of Ilorin, Ilorin Nigeria. Her working experience includes roles in Customer Solutions and project management.
She held various posts with Vmobile/Celtel Nigeria in the Customer Care unit as well as the service delivery department. Lola is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and has undertaken assignments in both Nigeria and Swaziland.

A highly trained individual in customer handling skills and project management; Lola seeks to contribute her quota to the evolution of a world class organization that will succeed and impact people in and out of Africa.
Her passion lies in developing people, providing quality service delivery and taking on new challenges.

Lola is currently pursuing interests in business development and organizational behavior.
